Join Dr. Maryssa, pelvic physical therapist specialist, at Temescal Fitness and Movement on Sunday, June 25th, for a pelvic fitness workshop designed for bodies who have a history of giving birth, or who plan on getting pregnant within the next couple of years. We will warm up together, sweat together, and we’ll have fun working out our postural muscles during a variety of strengthening exercises with options for all fitness levels. This three hour workshop will also include education about anatomy, physiology, and behaviors to support pelvic health for the preconception and postpartum body.
