Group Classes

Donation Based Candlelight Restorative Yoga on Friday Nights:

 

Taught by Dr. Karah Charette, PT, DPT, RYT- this class focuses on deep breathing, gentle supported stretching for muscles and fascia, and is an overall nervous system reset. Option for hands on touch and gentle fascial release during class with consent. Accessible and inclusive for all levels and bodies. Yoga studio does require ambulating stairs to get to. Videos can be provided upon request.

Next Class: Friday February 24th, 2023

  • Donation based (suggested donation of $15-$20)

  • One hour (7:30pm-8:30pm)

  • Last Friday of every month

  • Berkeley Yoga Center (2121 Bonar St, Berkeley CA)

  • Street Parking

  • Outdoor door code is provided via email, walk up the stairs and to the right you will see an open door to a yoga studio.

  • Studio provides all equipment including mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets.

  • Payment: Cash, check, or venmo. Square invoices can be sent upon request.

  • Please email karah@bodyfulphysicaltherapy.com to reserve your spot and to receive the door code.

  • Masks are optional. Large studio space with plenty of room to distance.

Video Classes are available upon request. Each video can be purchased individually for $5. The core course can come as a bundle of 5 videos for $45. Please email karah@bodyfulphysicaltherapy.com with the videos you request. You will submit payment via venmo and then videos will be provided!

Free Resource: Pelvic Health Workshop for Dancers

Dr. Karah Charette, PT, DPT, RYT hosted a free workshop with ODC to promote more education and awareness around pelvic floor health for dancers and movement artists!

Bodyful Physical Therapy and Wellness is available to offer wellness workshops at movement studios, gyms, and corporate workspaces or retreats to promote increased education, awareness, and preventative health. Please contact us for more information.
